Our Process
Step 1: You reach out for assistance!
Step 2: One of our advisors will call you to arrange a time to meet or talk on the phone about your unique needs and desires.
Step 3: Your personal advisor will do all the leg work and find specific matches to your unique needs.
Step 4: Your advisor will accompany you on your visits and/ or will coordinate your tour of the senior living communities/care options.
Step 5: You make your decision, and we begin the process of supporting you through the move in process. We offer support for all support services such as relocation/downsizing, moving, real estate options.
Step 6: Your advisor stays in close communication with you to ensure you are satisfied with your decision.
